The Architectural Review Board (ARB) helps maintain the appearance, quality, and value of our community by reviewing and approving exterior changes to homes and properties.

Before starting any exterior project, approval from the ARB is required.

    Log into the ENGAGE Portal and complete the ARB application.
    Provide as much detail as possible to help avoid delays in the review process.

    Review & Evaluation

    The Architectural Review Board carefully reviews your request to ensure it aligns with community standards and guidelines. Additional information may be requested if needed.
