Clean-up & Departure: All garbage must be taken with you, when you leave. Please wipe down the countertops and the sink. (A dust mop, vacuum cleaner, brooms, a wet mop and bucket are available in the closet next to the men’s restroom.
Reset AC to 80 degrees.
Turn off lights.
Ensure all doors are locked.
Empty can and take trash bag with you.

Accommodates up to 50 people.
The cozy kitchen has a sink and a mid-sized refrigerator. It does not have an oven, stove, dishwasher or garbage disposal. (NO food of any kind can be put down the kitchen sink or the restroom toilets.)
Separate Restrooms for women and men.
Available for use:
(7) 6’ rectangular banquet tables, (2) 8’rectangular tables and 50 padded chairs. Wi-Fi; large-screen TV; and Apple & Amazon Firestick
Adjacent playground and pool both close at dusk/dark. You may use the playground and the pool during your event until dusk/dark. Residents may also use the pool and playground during your event.
Parking: Limited to 20 car spaces with 2 accessibility spaces.
