The Saddlebrook Board of Directors is made up of volunteer neighbors who care deeply about our community. They dedicate their time to helping manage the association, maintain community standards, and support the long-term health of the neighborhood. Their goal is simple — to help keep Saddlebrook beautiful, welcoming, and a place people are proud to live.

Christy has lived in the Saddlebrook Community since 2018. She is a licensed professional architect. She enjoys giving back to the community and spending time with her family.

Tommy MacCabe
Tommy and his family have called Saddlebrook home since 2015. After graduating with a degree in Construction Management, he has spent the last 20 years managing the construction of large landmark commercial construction projects in Orlando and the Southeast.
Bringing collaborative problem solving, teamwork, and enthusiasm to the team, Tommy looks forward to helping Saddlebrook continue its run as the best community in Gotha, and a top spot in metro Orlando to call home.

Jameson received his undergrad degree in Business Administration, with a focus in Finance. Since then, his career has mostly been in a financially-based role, where he now works as part of the Strategic Portfolio management team, setting the long-term strategy for capital spend, assist teams in prioritizing their work, and ensuring teams are spending to their assigned budgets. Beyond the working world, he and his wife moved into Saddlebrook in October of 2018 and started their family here. They’ve lived in Saddlebrook for the last 6 years, made some good friends and have no intention of leaving anytime soon. His interests include vacations with my wife, young son, and kid-friendly dog. He also enjoys doing projects around the house, including low-level woodworking projects.
Jameson has a passion for building the Saddlebrook community, showcasing Saddlebrook’s beauty and making it a desirable neighborhood to live in.
SECRETARYLiz Boyce
Liz is a longtime Florida resident, real estate professional, and business owner with decades of experience in construction, contracts, and community development. She has lived in our neighborhood since 1996 and brings a practical, solutions-focused mindset to the board, with a strong belief in transparency, accountability, and protecting homeowners’ interests.
Outside of work, Liz is a proud mom. Her son is on track to graduate as a commercial pilot in 2026, a journey that has reinforced her belief in discipline, education, and long-term planning. Liz is committed to keeping our neighborhood crisp, clean, and well-maintained so property values don’t decrease and the community remains a great place to live.
